Annual General Meeting (AGM)
This is one of DPI’s mandatory activities. A time to stop, review and critic activities/programs implemented within the year under review. The 2018 AGM mobilised critical stakeholdersinclude; JDPC animators, Church Commissions and Associations both male and female as well as youths and adults. The over 130 participants invited at the AGM, held at the Queen of Apostles Church, Kakuri brainstormed and advised DPI on how to better the lives of people and communities we work for and with.
Towards a Credible, Fair, Free and Peaceful 2019 Elections
In partnership with Catholic Caritas Foundation of Nigeria (CCFN), the Head of Programs, Emmanuel Sunday Tagwai attended a Train-the-Trainers session supported and facilitated by the Yaradua Foundation, Abuja. It was expected to be an online election observation using Mobile Application and SMS called Content Aggregated System for Elections (CASE 2019). Participants were North Central, North West, The Middle Belt and North East of Nigeria.
